Take one bag 15 minutes before breakfast or lunch. Put the coffee into a cup and pour 100ml hot water into the cup. Take it when it is a well mix. You can lose five pounds for one week. If you want to get the better result, you can keep on a diet or increase physical activity. Two bags per day is not recommended.

Great weigh less coffee

This is a great coffee drink. I drink one cup in the morning, then have a high protein breakfast. I don't get hungry until mid-afternoon, but knowing food helps burn calories, I have a light lunch and low or no carb dinner. I've lost two pounds in the two weeks I've been drinking the coffee. Plan on keeping this up for four months.

Awesome

It really works for me.... I lost 10 pounds and it gives me energy and focus at work. I took (once a day) it in the morning which is before I ate breakfast. I drink a lot of water after 46 minutes and on lunch time I didn’t ate much. It’s a good product if you really want to lose weight. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
