Exactly like the stuff you buy at the restaurant!!

At first I was skeptical about the product. I wanted it to be similar to the Thai Tea I buy for 4.00 a pop at the restaurant. Well after reading a lot of the reviews I took the chance. Let me tell you, I will never ever buy another 4.00 tea from those places. This is EXACTLY what I was looking for. It tastes the same if not better. I wanted to be able to make a gallon so that I can have it ready to go whenever I wanted, plus my 8 yr old loves, loves, loves this stuff, so does my hubby. After reading some reviews, I found a post about how to make 2 qts at a time so I tried it. Boil 2 qts of water, steep in 16 tsp of tea leaves, around 30-45 minutes, I added 1 can of evaporated milk and 1 can of sweetened condensed milk and I didn't measure but a good 1/4 cup of sugar. IT WAS PERFECT!! I might add a bit more tea next time because I do like mine stronger. But this was the perfect ratio. I love it!!
