Herbs and components that make up the golden balm:
Phlai Cassumunar (Mountain Ginger). Ginger root is used in the treatment of indigestion, blood purification, constipation, flatulence, colic, pain in the uterus. Ginger essential oil contains 80% curcumin extract, a natural ginger dye is a proven effective pain reliever for tumors, and also reduces inflammation. Ginger is used in various types of pain, and ginger helps relieve muscle fatigue. Instructions for use:
For muscles and joints: apply to the problem area and rub in a massage motion for 2-3 minutes.
For headache: Rub a small amount into whiskey with light movements.
For breathing: apply a thin layer to the area of the nostrils.
With a cold: before bedtime, apply a small amount on the back and/or chest with massage movements for 2-5 minutes.
