1. Asia Cosmetics Shop sends the order within 1-5 days after payment is received. In the absence of goods in stock, we will contact you to discuss a replacement.
2. Delays in delivery may be caused by postal service, for which Asia Cosmetics Shop is not responsible. We can help to trace the movement of your parcel.
3. For online purchases processed through Asia Cosmetics Shop you are entitled to withdraw from the contract, without stating a reason, within 14 days from Contact form stating your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal. We will provide you valid postal address for returning.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We shall refund all payments received from you, excluding the costs of delivery. We will carry out such refunds using the same source of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods!
4. Asia Cosmetics Shop carefully packs the goods to be sent, but sometimes there are damages during delivery. In this case, take a picture and send it to us. We will re-send goods that have been damaged or missing. Please file a claim of the damage with the employees of the post office.
5. In case of lost parcels we will send your order again or refund your money.
6. In case of refusal, or refusal in connection with the calculation of customs duties or non-delivery of parcels for some reason, it will return to Thailand. In this case, we will refund your money minus the postage cost.
7. Some items may fall under the ban for shipment to your country and customs will block them. It is your responsibility. In this case the parcel will come back and we will return your money except postal expenses.
8. We refund the money only to payment source of the recipient.
