you gotta love heat

It definitely is hot and makes you sweat but it just pulls water weight off not fat lol so its great if you want to get rid of water weight.

This product works great, little bit of a warming sensation during the work out

This stuff is hot! I used this product on most of my body(neck down to ankles not on privates but around them, lower back not full back). The first time I used it my body was sweating like I just came out of a zumba class! Like the bottle says says it kicks in within 10-15 minutes. What it don't say is how long it could last. I had some areas stop having the heat filling after 30 minutes, while others well over an hour. I will say this after an hour if the heat filling isn't gone it is alot bearable then at the start. After just two uses I do see less visable cellulite(yes men can get it too). I can't give it a 5 stars because dispite the results it may bring the heat and the lenghth of time it takes for it to stop being hot is very uncomfortable.

The box is not full, but packed very well. I watched the video on YouTube and wanted to buy this cream. I am happy, but indeed he is very hot.
